The Committee on Judicial Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Supplements to the Civil Code (re Acceptance of Heritage)

The Bill (Reg. No.3677) "supplements Article 1268 of the Civil Code with a new part, pursuant to which heir apparent who actually assumed administration or possession of inherited property is considered as such that accepted heritage, provided the renunciation of heritage was not claimed within a term established by Article 1270 of the said Code".
